So tried this on chicken thighs on my smoker. Bought bone in thighs, rubbed about 3 tablespoons on and ler them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. I smoked them for 30 minutes at 220 then put the temperature up to 375 to ge the skin crispy for about 20 more minutes until internal temp was greater than 165°
We all devoured these chicken thighs! So good. It is a perfect blend of spicy and sweet. Brown sugar and pepper!!!
