Make Classic Chimichurri Sauce in Minutes
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Pawpa Flavor’s Lab Series Black Truffle Chimichurri Seasoning
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the seasoning and red wine vinegar. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to rehydrate the herbs.
Slowly whisk in olive oil until well blended.
Taste and adjust with more vinegar or oil to suit your preference.
Serve immediately over grilled steak, chicken, fish, or vegetables—or let it rest for 30 minutes to deepen the flavor.
Pro Tip: Make a double batch and store it in the fridge for up to a week. The flavors get even better overnight.
