Meet Pawpa Flavor Bearly Hot, our original all-purpose seasoning and BBQ rub that started the Pawpa Flavor journey back in 2017.
Originally known as Pawpa Bear Original, this bold, savory blend was created to bring incredible flavor to grilled and smoked meats without overwhelming your taste buds with heat.
Featuring garlic, paprika, chili, black pepper, cumin and a touch of cayenne, Bearly Hot delivers a rich, Mexican- and Spanish-inspired flavor with just enough kick to keep things interesting.

This is where it all began! Bearly Hot was originally developed and perfected on smoked and grilled tri-tip. It's also fantastic on ribeye, sirloin, burgers, brisket and beef roasts.

Pawpa Bear's Original Bearly Hot Tri-Tip

Ingredients:

1 tri-tip roast, approximately 2–3 pounds

1–2 tablespoons Pawpa Flavor Bearly Hot, adjusted to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil, optional
Directions:

Pat the tri-tip dry with paper towels.

Lightly coat with olive oil if desired.

Season all sides generously with Bearly Hot.

Allow the seasoning to adhere while your grill or smoker preheats.

Grill or smoke using your preferred method until the meat reaches your desired safe internal temperature.

Rest the tri-tip before slicing.

Slice thinly against the grain and serve.
